Redashe Ltd

Having dealt with Redashe for over 15 years I never cease to be impressed by the level of service. This week I have had a customer received an item that was not as advertised by the manufacturer's own literature and even the picture of the item on the packaging was of the model prior to a manufacturing change. I was notified by my customer about the issue and within 12 hours Redashe sent an additional part (at their own cost) free of charge to resolve a manufacturer's error. Well done Phil and the rest of the team!

I have had my retractable 30m hose for nearly ten years, and although the casing has faded, the retractable mechanism still works perfectly, and the green hose is like new despite almost daily use. Great value. Thank you.

Fantastic service whether dealing direct or through a third party. It's rare to find a company who knows the true meaning of customer service. A++++ !
