        I have regular checkups every 12 months....they ring to remind me....First time ever I had to contact them between check ups....rang at 9.40am they saw me at 3.35pm same day, check up done and some treatment....thank you

        Very bad experience. The dentist is underconfident and whatever my wife or me needed doing she always stressed that she was not confident that she could do it. Furthermore, on my last visit she virtually shouted at me that I should relax. She had not explained what she was doing and had not said anything to reassure me or put me at ease. Instead, she just shouted at me to relax. Needless to say I am looking for a different dentist now.
