        We are here for the October half term week. The lodges are great with comfortable beds and a well fitted out kitchen. They make a great base to explore the area. The electricity is paid with an old fashioned meter which takes pound coins. The lodge seems well insulated as we've only been putting about two pounds a day in which considering there is an immersion heater and electric oven seems very reasonable.
