I don't even know where to begin... I came across Joel on Facebook (by chance) and thought I'd drop him a message considering our mortgage rate had switched to a variable rate that was increasing every month. Joel booked me in for a call for the next day and I explained our situation and that I had no clue what I was doing. He offered advice for free and did everything in his power to help me understand my options. He went above and beyond to communicate between us and our mortgage provider even though all advice was free and he wasn't charging us. He was communicating with us daily to tell us what was going on so we never left in the dark. Obviously we were thrilled with his service and told Joel to go ahead and submit our application to get a better deal. Just 24 hours after paying Joel his fee and him submitting the application, the bank has contacted us to say we are now on our new lower rate. I have never met someone who has gone above and beyond like Joel has and believe me when I say, I'll be seeing him in 5 years time to do another switch!
