        It was very bad customer service today, the young lady should be more polite, she was very rude.

        Came home today to a parking fine! When I have been at the garage and I assume I was either washing my car or having a coffee ect. What's the point in having facilties there like greggs and coffee and car wash if your then going to fine people for staying there. What is the maximum stay time there? I was there for 45 mins I'm so annoyed This is ridiculous !!!

        The worst designed fuel station I have ever visited without exception. What is the point of an excellent facility with all of the things that a motorist might need but no where to park! Access is difficult exiting is dangerous with no defined walkways for pedestrians! Advertising LGV fuel which there isnt, that is very frustrating when its roughly 2 miles from the M5. If you arrive in a LGV you are left with the options to abort or block the forecourt I did the latter. Only positive the staff were very helpful.

        After 6 on a Sunday evening bought coffee sat in car drinking it enjoying some peace from reality..reality sure comes crashing down 100 parking fine Fair to say wont be using them again !
