I had a tyre blow out due to a pothole so Ian very promptly collected me within 25 minutes and took me to his garage nearby.
I was very shaken up and so his partner very kindly made me a strong coffee and showed me around the place whilst Ian looked over the car and changed the tyre. They also offered to drive or follow me home afterwards which was so thoughtful given how shaken up I was.
After replacing the tyre, ian proceeded to tell me how the garage I normally use had taken advantage and overcharged me! Useful to know.
He has also offered to provide assistance with a council claim due to the pothhole and took a lot of photos to help with this and the previous garage.
Overall, an incredible service by such a kind couple and at a very reasonable cost. Would 100% use them again and I am very grateful for their prompt help, care and advice. Really can't thank you enough!
