        We have been going to Richmond Vets with our Beagle Maisy for the last 5 years and have had only the most caring and dedicated care and help with easy appointments at quick notice. Also payments going through petplan happen without effort and quickly paid .. We could not be happier and highly recommend.

        Richmond Vets are oust standing! We were with another vets practice that was sadly bought out by MoneyVet and it rapidly went down hill! Erika is exceptional as are Daisy and Carl! The reception and nursing team are super friendly and always try their very best to squeeze in appointments for you. Even their locum Natascha is superb. If youre not happy with your vet we wouldnt hesitate recommending Richmond Vets .. just splendid compassionate people Yes they are running a business but thats also balanced with the needs of the animal and not just paying huge dividends to shareholders.
