        Booked a taxi, was told ten mins.. .waited... Phoned after twenty mins to be told 'no one had taken it on the app' ... Basically was lied to that a taxi was coming that never was!

        Pretty awful service - tried to call to book a cab for a future appointment only for the operator to say fully booked and hang up before I could say anything.

        Absolutely the best taxi firm in the area and cannot recommend Q Express enough. Rick and the team helped organise a number of cars to various locations across London at short notice and were flexible and reliable - definitely will use again!

        Didnt turn up!!! Useless even for a big amount of 65 quid!! No one answering phone even if 5.10am ! Poor .
