        I have been a BTL landlord for a good many years and had many property management companies but i must say Acara is the best i have had so far.We had a few issues at the start but they were all resolved very quickly Lauren promptly directed my calls as to where it should go and Elliot my property manager dealt with it without any delay.Elliot knew what is expected of the landlord to maintain a good standard of the property and most importantly how to keep the cost down as all BTL landlords are aware of the reduction in relief they get from the HMRC
