Having been to other groom rooms (brentford) i was quite disappointed with the quality of the work - my dog didnt exactly look as if hed just been groomed, the edges werent as neat as Id have liked them to be. Additionally, the lady called me out for not picking him up straight away when she called and charged a late fee of 5 that i wasnt even notified of when I dropped him off (I was less than an hour late - I have a 4mo old baby at home) she even called to say he was ready and i said im with the baby ill be there as soon as i can and she just said okay, she didnt bother to mention the late fee sorry not coming back, not to the Richmond one at least.
