        We used BathroomsbyDesign to renovate a shower room and were so pleased with the design and supply of fixtures and fittings we used them to design and supply a second bathroom. The showroom was very comprehensive, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and all items were supplied on time. I can heartily recommend BathroombyDesign Service: Bathroom design

        Horrific experience using Bathroom By Design, wrong items delivered three times, delivery was sent to the wrong address which Bathroom By Design would not rectify so I had to collect the items myself on two occasions. Poor customer service, wrong plans sent over which meant many aspects of the bathroom had to be rebuilt. All in all, a company not to be used. Service: Bathroom design
