        Arturo helped me to prepare for hip replacement and after the op he encouraged me to do regular strength exercises. After 3 months it was as if nothing had happened - back to normal! Thanks Arturo

        Arturo, my genial physiotherapist, really knows his stuff. He correctly diagnosed my two complaints - not tennis elbow but golf elbow! plus a dodgy hamstring - and gave me exactly the right exercises to strengthen the problem areas. I was back cycling, doing yoga and playing golf much sooner than I could have imagined when I first went to Performance Physiotherapy. Overall a very good experience.
