Very positive experience with this company. Arranging my sons birthday party and behind in all areas, I needed to get party bag fillers for the weekend, and it was already Thursday! I found little lulabel, because the things in the party bag selection were just what we wanted. Dont judge me but for expediency I chose pre-filled party cones with sweets and some great little toys. Everything looked so nice. Unfortunately, I misread the cutoff time for placing an order, its 1.00pm and I thought it was 8.00pm. The guys at lulabel got hold of me by email to gently tell me they wouldnt be able to pack and dispatch my order for the next day and they offered to refund us. I was really panicking, so sent a few emails back and forth and Natatlia really pulled out all the stops to get something out to us by the weekend. Brilliant service. I know its just a small company, so this must have put a strain on them, but the did it with such good grace and efficiency. My son is happy, we are happy and little lulabel has been really great throughout. Thanks again. Matt
