Kwik Fit - Richmond

Quite honestly this is the first time Ive driven away feeling so anxious driving my vehicle. The standard of staff working at Kwik Fit has made me think twice as to whether I want to continue. The staff spends a lot of time on their phones, being distracted from one another while they are in the middle of working on customers vehicles, this surely is not reassuring. Branch manager has to constantly call staff in order to delegate task. Branch manager has the extra task to double check all task allocated, in my opinion this is not a safe space to have any vehicle inspected or worked on. This branch is particularly busy with returning customers and unless competent staff are placed at this branch to supporting the manager, this branch will see a fall in customer numbers One positive comment about the branch is the manager who thrives to keep the standard of the Richmond branch on a level to give customers satisfaction

V quick service and helpful staff. Price for 1 tyre pretty staggering though. Also a lot of pushy sales talk from 1 staff member never encountered at quickfit before....

had an appointment booked for new tyre at 10.30 . Turned up trye ready and was out by 11.00 All round excellent job
