Excellent service received when I took my car in for annual service and MOT . Staff were polite and attentive. May car was serviced and valeted ahead of scheduled time. It was delivered back to me by a polite and courteous gentleman. Overall I received excellent service from this garage and would not hesitate to recommend it. Thank you Richmond Landrover Staff.

I have been going to Richmond Land Rover for a years. Really good service - both customer service and the work that was done. Came to collect and drop my car off for me, all the work was done at a competitive price and they even returned my car cleaner than when it left! and very friendly team outstanding. Especially Paul he is very honest and reliable. Im very happy with their work and their commitment. Thank you Paul and your team for outstanding work. Definitely recommend.

I bought car from her I deal with paul he give me faulty car and i call him back to fix my car because car had 1 year warranty He took my car 3 times and brought back with no fixed each time he hold for 5 weeks and didnt fixed and he was keep using my car for his business And he keep lying and he charged me 250 extra he said he don service to it. But i took car to Range rover they confirmed this car hasnt been serviced and oil and filter are very bad condition And after 9 months having problems with my car and this garage didnt fix it I reported them to my finance company and after investigation i had all prove Case came on my way and car been rejected to finance and I had got my money back And I advise everyone please be very careful of this company and specially paul.
