i got my hair braided today. i dont mind paying 62 but the quality of this services was not worth it. i called up to tell the owner hector and he said it is what it is. i wont becoming back. i can go shepherds bush 3D afro salon get this services done at a high quality standard and cheaper pricing. (at half the price of hectors).

I received excellent customer service: the hairdresser listened to the colour I wanted and recommended several different options I didn't know existed! I then had a cut, I was told how much should be taken off and asked if that was ok before the hairdresser started. The atmosphere was relaxed and informal. I'll definitely return. I took my little ones to get a haircut here due to me suffering mental illness, they were so against us, the lady that was cutting my daughter hair did it so roughly almost cut my daughters neck. The owner was busy gossiping about us to his customers, only one white worker understood us, she was the only one showing kindness towards us. Horrible experience never again will we be going back here
