Argos Richmond in Sainsbury's

I buy a lot of stuff out of Argos and have been here a few times. The staff are very helpful and its all tidy and well organised

Very bad level of customer services(Manager Sabrina . Today I had an encounter with Sabrina who was serving at the counter there. It was about 9:05am in the morning. Sabrina was impolite, rude and quite aggressive in her behaviour. I asked her specifically to be polite and stop being that rude but it was useless. She is a bad example of staff service and she left very bad impressions as a customer service personnel. Im willing to chalange my statement any time and would appreciate to have your response accordingly. Dont go to this store You can select home base Thank you.

I thought the help I received from the lovely lady at Argos at the weekend was outstanding, I only brought a cheap lead for my phone, which was not responding. I explained I had left my charger at work, this wonderful lady took time to ensure the cable worked. Also her colleague helped. Friendly incredible customer service. Thank you both again.
