Smiffy
One lovely European lady was very helpful, the rest incredibly rude and disinterested. Bought some items, was told they had no paper for receipts. Bought items and went to return one an hour later, was told I could get the refund as I had no receipt, even when the original staff member backed me up. Will never spend any more money at WH Smith.
