Embury Building Services - Richmond

Very unprofessional. Damien came to our home on the 15th March, we chased them by email on the 5th April and again the 17th April by phone, and to date still have not received a quote or an apology. Damien didnt take any notes while in our home which surprises me as there were quite a few things we would like to have done. It has been more than a month and nothing has been sent to us. It is really unprofessional not to even respond and ignore the chasers. They responded to the job posted in Checkatrade and if they are not interested anymore, they should at least notify us.

One of the employees (white male) of this business were driving in an Embury branded van. They were dangerously driving and tail gating me on a residential road with speed bumps. This continued for roughly 10 minutes of my drive until a few cars came between us. He then found himself behind my again and would not stop until on another residential road with parked cars either side and on a blind corner they over took my car only missing an oncoming vehicle by a few metres meaning I had to severely break. Not the way I would want to be showcasing the type of people working under this business in an obviously branded van.

Amazing customer service and very attentive to detail. After a nightmare with my previous builders, the Embury team restored my faith as they re-did the job the previous builder's started and completed it to perfection. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants the perfect finish to hire Embury Building Services.

Really impressed with the work that Embury Building Services did for us. Easy to work with, courteous and professional, they kept to budget and to the agreed schedule. Excellent communication from management throughout. The work was of high quality - plan to use them again for further work. Would highly recommend.

We decided to renovate our bathroom and after speaking with various companies, we decided to go with Embury Building services. During our first meeting with Gavin, we could tell that quality was very important to him and during the design stages, he was easily contactable and was very flexible with many changes that we suggested. The work itself was carried out extremely professionally and Andy and the rest of the team did not disappoint on quality. Camilla responded so swiftly to phone calls and emails and always dealt with our questions with professionalism. Im so pleased by the experience and by the timely manner in which the project was carried out. I will definitely be using Embury again to renovate my second bathroom and will happily recommend them to all my friends and family.
