I'm so sad that I don't live near Rory anymore, because anytime I was off balance, physically or even generally, Rory's sessions would always seem to put me back on track. The combination of his 20 years or more massage experience with his extensive osteopathy training means his approach is very intuitive and flexible and gets to the root cause quickly. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Rory is an amazing Osteopath, he is very patient and the kind of person that makes you feel welcomed at the word Hi. I loved his intuitive approach to healing the body through movement and gentle grounding exercises that help the mind calm down and relax. As an Energy Healer, I would recommend his services to anyone who looks for a professional to help them find harmony in the mind, body, and spirit. He is an amazing intuitive coach as well! Thank you, Rory :)

I participated in a trial run of the 6 weeks positive intelligence programme, that Rory was running and facilitating Positive intelligence for me is all about the sensory experience..the PQ repsto help nurture inner calm.. And breaking free of saboteur patterns.. This for me is very similar to mindfulness.. Whereby we scan our bodies for sensations.. To ground us in the present moment.. And free us from fear and desire.. Which according to Buddhist theory are the source of all unnecessary suffering This for me is extremely important and useful information.. Especially since we live in a society. Which from my view is based around profit.. Consumerism chasing success.. Etc. Which are surely behaviours driven by saboteurs or fear / desire the fact that our society is driven by negative emotions is also powerfully evidenced by the fact that our way of life has brought about mass extinction of biodiversity and climate change.. Both of which threaten the existence of life on this planet.. So we need to learn how to free ourselves of these destructive emotions and this course can be a good way to start to do that.. Learning about the sage powers and saboteurs.. But most importantly through ingraining the PQ rep habit.. Helping us to stay grounded and focused on our proper values.. I practiced mindfulness before learning about positive intelligence.. But this course helped to enhance my practice.. It helped me to maintain more calm.. and peace of mind..which for me is very important Rory was a very good facilitator for this.. He was very calm.. Patient and empathic..he was good at explaining things.. And instigating group discussion. He touched base with me regularly outside the course for any troubleshooting or support.. I think his previous experience in massage work and osteopathy sets him up nicely for this role :)

I have had the pleasure of accessing Rorys workshops, which I found to be so clear, compassionate and insightful. Rory has given me valuable knowledge on how my body processing and functions and explained ways to understand my chronic condition clearer than has been explained before. Rory is very thoughtful and motivating, and is so clearly passionate out helping people, it really has been a great step moving forward, as this has given me the space to really be curious, mindful and prioritise myself/my body, to help me feel good. The movement's, tapping, bobbingand breathing are achievable for me to manage despite my condition, and feels good doing them it's early days but I cannot wait to feel the full benefit of them nothing what its could be doing inside. The added benefit of the workshop is the support bubble with other people and it really has helped me be motivated and have a outlet, lovely bunch of fibro warriors.I will for sure try and continue accessing new coaching workshops if they are available again in the future. Thanks Rory!

I've really enjoyed the workshops and hopefully I've taken on board that even movement of a few seconds can have a benefit on my health and wellbeing. Realising that a few seconds of tapping, bob and shake will help regulate both my nervous and lymphatic system. I thought hydration was only about water so was good to hear it's not and that rubbing salt or magnesium into the skin will help with hydration . Having a support bubble to check in with is good for my motivation. Last week was a busy week for me as I went to three face to face drama workshops. Everytime we had a break I done some tapping, bob and shake which I think really helped me get through the long workshops. I'm planning on using my magnesium spray daily now. Plus, will be aiming at doing daily tapping, bob and shake exercises in small bite sizes throughout each day. I need to try and motivate myself to doing some exercises on the days I'm in pain and really fatigued. I noticed the few days after the workshops that I didn't do any of the exercises due to pain and fatigue. Big thanks Rory
