        They came around and diagnoses the problem without charge, which was great. They needed to order a part and that the cost of the work would be 600-700 but unfortunately we didnt hear from them after this. We kept calling them and were fobbed off with excuses why they couldnt get the part. They not once called us and a month went by. They finally got the part and then cancelled at short notice after we booked time off work and just said we would have to fit around them. Unbelievably poor service we found someone else who fixed it for 120 and its been fine since.
