Plumflower Olympic Style Taekwondo School

Fantastic classes lead by a fantastic teacher. My girls have been taking part for 7 years and gained so much confidence, fitness, and a healthy mindset. Cant recommend enough! X

Plumflower Taekwondo is a fantastic club. My son has been going for a couple of years now and has thoroughly enjoyed it. Rachel is a wonderful coach with the kids, she really gets the best out of them, great discipline and respect all round. Its not been easy over lockdown but Rachel responded very quickly to setting up online classes. We werent sure how successful it would be at first but shes done a brilliant job and the progress Ive seen in my son over the last 3 months is really noticeable. If youre looking for a taekwondo club for your son/daughter or yourself to join you cant go wrong with Plumflower. This recent note to Rachel says it all really... I think youve done a brilliant job Rachel!! Its certainly been working, I noticed As improvement last week when I was in the same room as him when training. He was more purposeful with his moves and intention. Something hes needed to improve on. He was also far more vocal which I think is a sign of his self confidence growing. Its been great to see and its certainly been great to have something in the calendar during lockdown each week that he needs to focus on. Great job!! Were with you all the way.

Both my boys love attending Plumflower Taekwondo. The classes are run by Rachel who is very experienced in teaching. My oldest has been attending for the last 5 years and has made excellent progress under Rachel's training and guidance. My youngest has been training for 3 years and has gained in confidence as well as technique. During this difficult time of lockdown the classes have continued via online lessons that both boys have enjoyed taking as well as feeling connected to their instructor and the rest of their taekwondo classmates. Classes run for younger children all the way through to adults. I highly recommend Plumflower Taekwondo.

Amazing school. Teacher is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. Skilled in teaching both adults and children. My daughter has been attending for 4 years - next grading is for black belt. Ive achieved 4 belts in 18 months. This school teaches - respect, resilience, confidence, self control along with practical skills and self defence. This school is not about making money and rushing through belts without the skills. It teaches kids and adults to put in the hard work to genuinely achieve their belts. I cant speak highly enough of Rachel (teacher) If youre looking for something to improve fitness and mental wellbeing give it a go.

Both of my two lads, have been working with Rachel for the last five years. They are now training for their black belts and have take part in competitions in London. Great friendships, hard work and perseverance are all in the mix. A fantastic club for all ages!
