North Petherton Surgery

Been at this practice many years and seems I always have to really push to get my child's problems listened too. Waited over 3 weeks for an appointment to then be told that their breathing problems weren't really an issue.

I cannot believe how far this surgery has fallen in service and quality, Yes the staff are under pressure, unfortunately theyre not the only ones. Several times over the last few months we have tried to get appointments for our children and ourselves and it is nothing short of ridiculous. I wasnt aware reception staff were qualified doctors, My wife is on hold now and its been over 53minutes! Oh the surgery doesnt open until 830, I rang at 830 and was 17th in line. Just got through and was then put back on hold? I wonder if there is a correlation between difficulty in gp appointments and 6hr waiting times in A&E?

My Family and my self have been with practice since 2008. I have no overall complaint. The range of services appears to reasonable being updated as required,
