Great staff. Receptionists were wonderful and so friendly. Jon and Emily made me feel so comfortable throughout my check up. Highly recommended.

During the past 5 years of visiting North Petherton Dental Practice I have been seen by some good dentists, and some bad. They seem to have a high turnover of newly qualified dentist. Most appointments have been great, one has left me with ongoing issues. It is however their reception team that cause the most frustration. Contacting them by phone seems to always be a challenge. Emails are hit and miss and often get answered with advise to call them. Appointments get cancelled by email with a week or two notice, but when we finally get through to rebook the nearest appointments are months away. My wife moved to another dentist towards the end of last year due to the ongoing frustration, but advised that I will remain. During a call from the practice manager regarding issues raised it was reiterated that I would not be moving and was thanked for staying with them. I even had an checkup since and set another appointment for today, for which I had a recieved email confirmation from them. Today showing up for my appointment I was told I had been removed from their books when my wife left. That was the final straw.
