Quite simply dreadful service department, on not one experience, but several over the last two years. Despite being local, and needing to have my company vehicle service by a dealer, I will now be travelling to another Skoda dealership, as this one has been significantly below the standards one would expect.

I've had a very disappointing experience at this dealership with some car trouble I've had since January 2022. I have brought my car here nearly 10 times to try to have the issue repaired under warranty. So far, one repair has been attempted (replacement of the propshaft) which made no difference. Apart from this nothing else has been done as every time I've been back I've been told they need more time to investigate. I booked my car in for a whole week to give the technicians more time to investigate and sort the problem. At the end of the week, I was told the car was taken for multiple test drives but nothing was found (bearing in mind the issue is a noise which they'd previously diagnosed as a faulty propshaft). When I asked specifically what work had been done, what was tried, etc. I was told they'd call me back the next day as the technician wasn't in. The call never came, and my follow up calls have been dodged and ignored. Getting a loan car is entirely hit-or-miss. On several occasions when I dropped off my car I was told there are no loan cars available, even though one had been booked for me in advance. Frankly, this is not the level of service I expect. I have been left with no choice but to go to Skoda UK Customer Service who have escalated the issue. My car problem is still ongoing one year into my two-year warranty. I am giving two stars because at the very least the front desk staff are friendly and seem to care, but even that is now doubtful as they've stopped returning my calls.

Lisa in the servicing dept showed great customer service throughout our interaction and helped me quickly acquire a new set of locking wheel nuts. I was allowed to wait and use a desk (with free wifi) to work at whilst my car had it's old locking wheel nuts removed. The car was also cleaned and hoovered. All in all, a great experience for me.
