        Very considerate and thoughtful about the end of care life for my cat when we had to rush in late one night. The condolences card later was a lovely, and appreciated gesture.

        The care and love they showed for our cat in the out of hours service was amazing. They really looked after him and out minds at rest that he has not hurt himself too much and just needed to rest.
