The care and love they showed for our cat in the out of hours service was amazing. They really looked after him and out minds at rest that he has not hurt himself too much and just needed to rest.

Very considerate and thoughtful about the end of care life for my cat when we had to rush in late one night. The condolences card later was a lovely, and appreciated gesture.

Phone the hospital for an out of hours appointment because my cat had fallen from his tall cat tree. They took his details and arranged for us to be seen. On arrival, the gentleman on the entry gate was extremely friendly and gave us directions to the hospital. Entering the hospital, it was really clean and inviting, which immediately put me at ease. The reception staff were all really friendly and welcoming. They asked us to complete some forms and wait in the cat waiting area. Within a few minutes, a veterinary nurse appeared and took Oreo to be triaged. As she left us, a student vet appeared and took us to a side room so we could complete all of Oreo's medical history. After completing the forms, she took us back to the waiting area and told us that the vet would be with us soon. We sat there less than half an hour when the vet, student vet, and Oreo appeared. He had been fully checked over, assessed, and they felt he had jarred his leg/foot, and there was nothing to worry about. But if we were still worried in the morning, then we could go back. I was extremely satisfied with the whole service. It was quick and easy, and everyone was so friendly and compassionate. I would gladly go back (although i hope i never have too!), and i would definitely recommend their service to anyone.
