        Shameful! Booked in my Nan and grandad for an overnight due to a party. Advised they are elderly and need disability access which in the phone told was fine! When they turned up refused them a room and said it hadnt been booked. When I explained the issue, as I couldnt advise who I spoke to in the phone they couldnt book them in resulting in them having to find alternative location at the age of 90 and 92! Shameful! Used to love the food but with this experience I definitely wont be visiting again and definitely wont be referring ashiana!
