One of the worst, maybe the worst, companies I have ever dealt with. Purchased panniers from their eBay shop, they had to cancel the order as they were the wrong bags. Ordered another, they decided that was wrong too and wanted to send a different one. The pannier arrived with the wrong bracket. Good products and everyone makes mistakes so also ordered a rear rack, wrong one sent, they sent another without me authorisng it, again!! wrong rack!! They then argued they hadn't sent the wrong one again, calling me a thief and a liar. Two wrong racks, you can see both information sheets are the same. Those numbers are wrong for a Triumph Street Scrambler. The racks are the same but the fitment is different. Would never deal with again even if they were the only company selling the goods. Stay clear.
