the cut on the second occasion was poor. I rang to ask why the 10 increase and was told I didnt go on a pensioners day Im not a pensioner. When I said to the lady I wasnt a pensioner she then said 33 is the correct price for a cut and blow dry, funny because when I phoned to make the 1st appointment I was quoted 23 very strange.
