Just been to northside Stallingborough to exchange work truck . It seems to me there is no organisation, rude receptionist. Simple task to swap truck out that should have been fixed weeks ago , not even touched . I ended walking out in disgust. Good job it was company vehicle and not mine . I would definitely not recommend this place

I walked through the door into reception and they were very quick to acknowledge me, Very good customer service.

I broke down on the A63 in Hull when my trailer decided to lose two wheels. I was escorted by recovery people to Northside Truck and Van who helped identify that I should replace all four wheels as the two tyres remaining had old rubber and were likely to give way at any time. I purchased the wheels from a nearby trailer specialist and Northside's engineers fitted them with the aid of two hydraulic jacks. All of the team of engineers were knowledgeable and willing to help me get on my way and I can't recommend them enough for their professionalism. They saved my bacon and I am very grateful.
