I ordered from Uber eats and they confirmed my order was on its way so after a hour and half we rang them and they said your food will be with you within 10 min, after about 25 30 we rang and rang again after answering the 7th phone call and they said you are to far away for delivery but accepted my order and took the money. If your not going to deliver my food to my area dont advertise it in my area

Awful took ages to come desserts were cold and ice cream melted,smoothie was grim literally disgusting ( not even one star just so I can post it)

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I paid for an order, they didnt send it, I managed to get through to them the day after and they hung up on me then blocked me. I searched everywhere for another contact or an email and theres nothing. So they have basically just stole off me.

Ordered waiting over 2 hrs no food . Asked for refund . Told us they dont get paid for doing the orders so were not getting monies back. My partner went into store and got told a manager will ring him next day . But never did ! They said their website isnt fully working only just eat. Excuses excuses with them all We now in battle with getting money back of them!! Avoid avoid avoid
