The Retro Genie

I sold my very large and old collection of pokemon cards to Paul. He was friendly, professional and fair about the card collection. Over my childhood years, I collected my cards with my grandad and never really played with them, they just went in to protective wallets. But they held a lot of sentimental value. So I was very happy with the respect Paul showed them. Unfortunately I had abit of sellers remorse the next day, when my son asked if I had saved him any of 'mummy's old cards' as he likes to collect them too. As you can imagine I was so upset with myself that I hadn't, I contacted Paul immediately to ask if there was any way I could buy some of the duplicates from my collection back. He responded very kindly by saying he would sort some out for me and I didn't need to pay. That kind of customer service is few and far between, and I commend Paul for it. The parcel came today and he's sent me so so many of my cards back that I'm so happy and my son is going to be thrilled. He also sent me a new packet that Im going to let my son open as his first pack. So Thank you so much The Retro Genie. Dealing with you was a really good experience and I would recommend you to others in the future. x

I don't like to be mean but the website is absolutely terrible on mobile. 1yotta Web design must be ripping you off. Personally, I wouldn't buy from a website I don't know, advertised through Facebook, that looks and feels so bad.

Honestly amazing , have used them on few occasions last one needed help with a graded card for little ones Xmas present , and Han helped me pick the right card for him , there mystery boxs are a must and there customer service is out of this world highly highly recommended
