        Pillow arrived soaked with a strong chemical, and smelling of bleach. Amazon advised me to throw it away immediately and seller would refund me. They refused unless I sent item back. I was so tempted to send back as I'd thrown in the dog waste bin and that's all this seller deserves. But Amazon stepped in and refunded me.

        If I could give zero stars I would! This company take your money and don't deliver. Blaming it on 'groupon as a 3rd party' evri have had my parcel sat at their depot since 16th December. No one is doing anything about it. I will be going to trading standards. Seems reading the reviews I should have come here first but really thought groupon would vet the businesses they work with. How naive of me. However we are still owed a service and this is not the service we are entitled to.
