Rochdale Road Medical Centre

This has been my GP for numerous years very clean very friendly and very polite always go and try to go above and beyond for me as I expect the proud NHS to be . This is a small family friendly gp drs are great although its small talk with a few drs here but some do take time to ask how you are and wait to hear you out before speaking which is great really gives you chance to voice over your concerns and feeling no interruptions Waiting times for appointments recently have been pushed further apart now but I think its due to them being busier maybe.theres been a few mistakes due to miscommunication with the desk and drs I think I had in the past but nothing for a while its a real great place and make you feel welcome and wanted theres litrally very few surgeries around now which have the care and respect for patients like these guys have Id highly recommend there great

I've been here for blood testing several times (sent from my own GP) and each visit I've parked easily, been seen on time, and the receptionist was polite. The nurse was great, she was kind and caring and put me at ease.

Reception staff courteous enough on phones Practice manager and management staff poor at getting back re query around treatment. Query raised and acknowledged on the 3rd sep. No response as of yet a month on. Left messages to speak to practice manager past 2 weeks and no response or call back. Poor experience for pts and pts relatives

Receptionists here are absolutely disgusting!! Very unprofessional and have disgusting attitudes!! Had 2 incidents with them in the past wk, they clearly arent up to the job. They really let the doctors surgery down.
