Do not purchase from here ordered a fire place paid 1000 wasnt delivered was told it would be redelivered paid 30 and then got a phone call to say due to snow it wont be and now they have cancelled my order said will refunded the money but i will have to wait 5 days i said i would come down to the show room and collect my money and was lied to and told they do not have a show room and they are hanging up and not answering the phone very unprofessional
