Due to lockdown we ordered our company caps , and due to the lockdown customized were closed for quite some months giving us the option as none purchase untill they were open! However we eventually went in to customize to collect our caps and re ordered more uniforms for us as the shop assistant told us they will be ready by friday , We phoned up today and asked him lf they would be ready by friday just to double check. What we experienced was mortifying as we are regular customers for around 4years, to be told He wants a deposit upfront as we didnt pay a deposit for the caps we got ! I questioned the guy an asked why , and started saying hes not going to argue with me as he can here my husband going on with himself in the back ground which was shocking and also told me lf I'm not happy leave the caps dont buy them and dont come back into the shop again. As a business owner myself this is not a way to speak to customers and I'd advice him to take some time out to sort himself out as you will end up loosening customers and relocating. Just to let you know lf you remember we bought our caps off you last weekend so how you think their still at your shop I do wounder

Have been using customize for both my service company and the martial arts academy where I teach and the quality and service has always been first rate.
