called them months ago, said they would come out following week didnt, no call. Called again recently they advised would come out following week didnt, again no call. not great service

John and Brendan replaced the lock mechanism and door handle in our patio door. Really good service. We sent John a picture of our faulty lock and handle prior and he came with the correct parts. Really nicely signaged van too. Definitely support this local family business. Take care. Thank you.

This is not the window doctor in Middleton this is a national company it will rip you off

Very bad , they were not clear about the price initially, after fixing they ask for 280 for UPCV Lock( I was shocked and I have to pay it I was complaining and not happy about the price and calling the manager and he said He will speak with the man and he will sort the price was not reasonable. But they did not answer my call after that I call them many times no answer, I call from another phone number and when they realise that was me they said we are not locksmith and close the line !!!!! They were very bad acting , bad service and not respecting ! The lock was not working next day , and I called and they didnt answer agin .I had to replace the lock and other Metal part broken with another company ( price only 75!!!!!) This is the worst service!!!!! Do not be fooled and used them !!!!
