So glad Im with this practise, always got time for you, able to see someone face to face even when Im happy for a telephone appointment. Appointments they give are reasonable time frame. Outstanding service.

Been with the doctors for around 2 and half years now (through the pandemic). Pretty much always been able to get through to someone at the contact centre, who have always been helpful. They generally are able to find some solution whether it's telephone, face to face or emails, without much delay at all. My daughter was born during the pandemic and she has always had good, prompt care too. They are not perfect, but from my experience with many other GPS (due to me moving around a lot) - they have given the best service. All are very pleasant to speak too as well.

Based on my personal experience it is impossible to get through on the telephone, Receptionist is unhelpful and Practice Manager dismissive of concerns that are raised. Only received treatment for a potentially life threatening condition which required hospital admission after having to push for an appointment. Now registered with another practice following substandard service from this practice.
