        Great service from Pam initially. Then Martin and His assistant Sam Carried out the installation of French doors in place of a window. Martin was very thorough no corners cut and did an excellent job. Price wise they are a fair price and the new doors look superb.

        We always use Crown for our windows, doors and soffit etc and they are an excellent company, always professional and reliable. We've recently had a problem with another company regarding the flooring at our house. Peter came and had a look and gave us his time, expertise and valued opinions, which proved invaluable, thank you so much.

        Another fantastic fitting by Crown Windows. Have used this company for many years as I find them trustworthy and professional, they have replaced Soffits, windows and doors to my property. This time had a new Rock front door. As always the price was completive, with the service, fitting and aftercare excellent. Thank you for an excellent job.

        Crown Windows are a family friendly firm, who always look after their customers, past, present and returning. Crown have fitted new windows at my home twice in the last 21 years. Each time they have done an excellent job. The two lads, Phil and Sam, who did the most recent work, arrived and left on time and they cleaned up after the work was done every day on the job. The reception staff, Dwayne, Karen are always pleasant; not forgetting Pete exchanging banter with them whilst dealing with queries etc. At one point during the work I had an accident. Phil and Sam looked after me extremely well until the situation was sorted. Whenever I called into the office after my accident the staff never failed to ask me how I was. My son is autistic and I would like to thank Sam and Phil for being considerate and understanding of getting through the work without causing him any distress. Both lads were sociable yet still maintained their work ethic, staying on track each day. I am happy to recommend the company and the staff for their dedication to ensuring customers receive the best service. Mr & Mrs Milward
