My elderly father has an account here and he is treated really rudely by a male member of staff who appears to be a senior or manager - my father has been told he cannot apply for any cards in the bank even though he isn't very computer literate and on occasions has been told he cannot transfer larger quantities of money to family members - my father was told " I'll think about it". I hope to be in the area soon as I live outside of Manchester - and when I do pay a visit - I'll be speaking to this staff member - utterly vile man.

Great bank but early closing times are absolutely ridiculous if you work during the day.

I had complications with closing my account with another natwest branch. I came to the middleton natwest to see if they could help. The team were brilliant, honest and willing to help me, especially Mosan Khan. He went above and beyond to help me with my situation and I cannot thank him enough. He is a hardworker and credit to the branch.

After experiencing a very rude woman verbally attacking a member of your staff Debbie I was appalled, Debbie is nothing but friendly helpful and very approachable to help with your banking needs a true valued member of your branch team always smilling and happy to help.
