I think somebody must be getting confused with other pharmacies, I have been a customer here for 30years plus and never experienced any issues at all, wonderful service. Thank you.

I was very glad to find a chemist that stocks a rare type of prescription item (needed urgently), which other pharmacies needed 24 hours to order in. The item was obtained within an hour. Thank you very much, and my Lord Jesus bless you and yours :)

You're just a shop assistant love, pipe down! The woman behind the counter (shoulder length blonde hair, middle aged) is deeply unpleasant! She honestly thinks she's a Dr, you can't even buy a bar of soap without her giving you a 12 page questionnaire about who it's for and why you're taking it. We have had cases where the Dr has told us what to get from OTC and she's then told us we can't have it. I have 4 science degrees, 2 of which are in pharmaceutical science & biomedical science, but COUNTER KAREN knows better. You can get class A's far easier than an OTC from her. I appreciate that pharmacies have to check you're using the OTCs correctly, but you don't get this level of intrusion from Boots, Tesco, Lloyds, Asda, Cohens or any of the other smaller ones. Also, during the pandemic this pharmacy exploited the community by selling covid "kits" a mask, a very small hand sanitiser and some disposable gloves for 5.99. Time to retrain Karen and stop exploiting your community.
