When I began my coaching journey with Tracy I had no confidence in my ability to fulfil my current role let alone be in a place where I could apply for other jobs. I desperately wanted to regain my confidence as a leader. Tracy empowered me to focus on what I loved about my role, digging deep into my skills and abilities, as well as, improving my emotional intelligence. She was compassionate and encouraging throughout our sessions, enabling me to think more logically and reflect on the process. Her previous work experiences and her enthusiasm for each client enables her to provide a truly bespoke service. Following our coaching sessions I was able to secure a promotion and I continue to work hard on the reflective processes she showed me. I was and am very grateful to Tracy for her time and energy. A worthwhile experience. I continue to return to the coaching journey in times of transition and when I know I need some focus and always return to Tracy.

I undertook coaching sessions with Tracy at a point where I was contemplating if the job I was in was the right one for me. Tracy is an extremely talented coach and used her skills to get me to think about approaching things in a logical way, using different techniques so that I came up with the solutions. This was enlightening for me, it really changed how I approach difficult situations and has given me the confidence to believe in both myself and my ability to tackle any situation that faces me. I now love every aspect of my job, I feel confident in my capabilities to do my job well and I have developed my leadership skills even further. I cant honestly thank Tracy enough and for anyone considering coaching I would highly recommended Tracy.
