Was always an amazing practice but since it changed to Tower Family its been diabolical. If it wasn't for my nurse Diane I would've left years ago. Never see the same doctors, no one ever calls you back, stop your meds for months at a time. Refused to process a complaint for me, then said complaints would call be back shortly to discuss further; that was November 23rd... it's now April 26th! One lady on reception is the rudest person you can speak to, I cannot remember her name but if you get through to her you'll know!!

I joined this practice 8 months ago I have a lot of health issues but I have found I get very good attention from the doctors nurses and reception team all my call are responed to very quickly well done

This is the worst DRs I have ever had to use. Rude staff, don't accept anything that's not on ask my gp even though two thirds of their patients are elderly and cant use the Internet. They never follow up you have to follow them up. You can't get an appointment and when you do it's in 6 weeks time by phone. They have used covid as an excuse for all the staff to be lazy and do nothing. I left and have gone to garden city, it amazing, an appointment in 2 days and the follow up for bloods and ecg 3 days later and they rang me to give me the results. So glad I left that dump and hopefully their management reads this as you can't complain and no one within tower cares about patients, rude, dismissive and terrible service. Leave!
