        Nickys' classes are fantastically well rounded not just going into the physical practice of yoga but also offering up insights into the mind and spiritual side of yoga. She makes classes accessible to all abilities, ages and body types and offers different variations on the poses to help each individual get the most out of the practice. She has created a real sense of community and family in her classes and we have all said many times that the class is the highlight of our weeks.
