The boss was abusive and demanded we pick up our pup post haste. With no prior warning. My wife with a napping 2 year old tried to oblige her as best she could but was late.
The owner took exception to this and argued my wife should have come the moment of beckoning.
Ridiculous, we won't be spoken to in this manner.
Cannis has lost a customer.
No excuse for rude behaviour.

We had a free consultation to talk about the condition of her coat, her age, suitability for continued stripping vs clipping etc, then booked her in for the strip itself.
Were absolutely thrilled to bits and shes looking the best shes looked in a few years now.
