Direct Solar Care

Originally left a positive review as work was good however pigeons have since found a way under the mesh and after attempts to contact Direct Solar Care for this to be fixed I find that the company has since been liquidated! So much for the 10 year guarantee and Im now 500 out of pocket! I realise this review wont mean anything now the company has closed its doors but I just wanted to rant!

This couple who did the work to protect our solar panels from the pesky pigeons from barricading our panels with their nests and so on were very polite. They were very professional in their work and completed it swiftly. I would recommend them and the company. Well done to all that had any dealing with us.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Booked them for a job on 10th December 2021 for pest protection around solar panel. A day before the job they sent an email saying staff left the company so re-scheduled on 26th January. I was annoyed but stuck with it. Come new years and 26th January, called them, emailed them several times. Absolutely ghosted me. A simple message apologizing would've been suffice. A simple note saying they cant do it or they are delayed whatever. But to book in a job and then not show up and then just ignore the customer. Rude, unprofessional and utterly negligent company. I would honestly avoid them and go with someone who will at least respond to your messages.

From first contact to completion of the job, this company has been first rate. All staff have been professional and polite. I have been kept up to date throughout. They turned up exactly as promised, assessed the job and gave me a full update of the proposed work and how they would achieve it. Polite and friendly throughout and provided an update plus photographs on completion and ensured I was happy before leaving. Very pleased and would recommend without hesitation.

They did a first class job the guys who came were friendly certainly knew their job which was done to a high standard would definitely recommend.
