I have today met with Simon in person for carrying out an air tightness test at the property which has now been built, 3 years later. He arrived early for his 7am appointment having driven 50 miles to me, presented very well and was very informative at talking me through the whole process that was required.
At no point did I feel he was trying to 'expand the job', which has been my fear having certain jobs done to which I am inexperienced.
A very pleasant experience and thoroughly recommend to others.
