        Exercise made fun! I've been a teacher for 25 years and I wouldn't be without it. Class members love the music and the exercise routines which are choreographed by individual teachers to suit the class and they love the fact that everyone is so friendly.

        Been a teacher with FLexercise for over 30 years, still enjoy teaching the system, plenty of new ideas. Best thing is meeting the members every week and seeing them benefit from the exercises. Well worth finding you nearest class.

        What a great group of people at the Warrington class this morning. You know it's a fantastic system when someone comes up to you and says 'I feel so much better now I've done class, all my aches have gone'.
