        Been today an spent 93 on plants , even though we had four of this an four of that every single plant/tray had to come out of the Barrow, asked if we had a loyalty card that I gave her , out of the same hand that I was holding 2 of their garden vouchers. On scanning loyalty card was told ohh I cant take them unless I cancel everything an start again as you cant use your loyalty card with their own garden vouchers. As we had been queuing for som time ( as only 2 tills open ) we paid by bank card just to get out . Cant understand why we wasnt told before our loyalty card was scanned!! To see we are miffed is an understatement but they win as weve still got to go back again a spend vouchers!!

        Absolute load of cr*p stop servicing breakfast at 11:00am and then start a roast at 11:30am who wants to eat a roast at that time! If they served breakfast till 1:00pm would probs attract more customers and would be better reviews Im never going again!!
